The Pretender’s Hunt
“Sometimes its hard to tell the hunters from the hunted”

USA – This handsome guy in the picture on the left (see scan below) is a Chicagoan named Michael T. Weiss.

His performances include a soap opera main character (in former times), a public servant, an architect, a “wife killer”, and so on.

But the “most outstanding” was his role as an HIV positive gay man in a movie version of the Paul Rudnik’s play “Jeffrey”. I must confess that *his performance* made me redefine my point of view about AIDS.

Then, it came that weekly “hybrid” called “The Pretender” and at this point this very gifted actor showed us that he did not waste his time at The California’s School of Drama. And I mean what I am saying. The character he plays in this show – Jarod – is a multi-faceted hero who “pretends” something different every week. One day He is a doctor, and the next day, a hit man. Needless to say how versatile an actor MUST be to play a role like this.

And if this seems “not to be enough” he is also an active environmentalist who – like me – believes that “as many individuals try to do the best for the environment, then we ALL get the benefits”.

All this praises are not enough to wish…
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR. WEISS!!! From the bottom of my heart.
