I know this is not a Michael type discussion, but could use some help.
I was wondering how all of you exercise/get fit. I use to be quite small, but now I'm anything but. What tips can you give on getting healthy and changing to a healthy lifestyle all together. Any advice is welcome. It is bad when you hate to even cross by a mirror because you hate the person staring back at you.
I'm a single parent and work all the time, so advice for someone who never seems to have much time would be great.
