Given that this movie was made before Razor Sharp it has taken a long time to come onto DVD.

I bought the DVD two weeks ago in Tokio and IŽm very happy to have it!
It wonŽt be released in Germany, so I took the chance to buy it on my vacation!

Yes, you can buy this DVD not only in Japanese Stores, but online on

Search for it and youŽll get it. The site is in English, so it wonŽt be difficult to understand.

Well, the film is absolutely worth watching! But, it is such a dark movie and Michael plays such a horrible and disgusting man (although he looks great), that you donŽt want to see it too oftenly. Michael and all the others play very outstanding, but it seems all so real, that you get into a bad mood while watching!

Very beautifully filmed, full of atmosphere and really a great movie, but not for the mass-market.

LOL...ok. I received my Iowa DVD yesterday and I sat down a watched it all the way through last night. WOW! I REALLY liked this one! I know we all like to see Mikey play someone sweet and caring...but DANG! That isn't really acting for him- atleast that's my opinion.
He did such a great acting job! I mean when he can act a character that you would just love to hate despite how you feel about him.... need I say more? It's always hard to watch people that you love behave or act in such horrific ways , that is SO true but he did it well!
Everyone else did an awesome job as well! It isn't a G-rated story but let's face it, much of life isn't.
