Bibi, you´re right. It´s awfully quiet here and I think, we all are a bit sad about the fact, that there aren´t any news on Michael. 

Well, life demands quite a deal as well, at the moment, so I concentrate on those things I have to deal with daily. That doesn´t mean, I don´t like Michael anymore. If you come around with a great topic about him, I will join in that discussion. But at the moment I don´t have any ideas.

That´s the question I´m wondering...what kind of goals does he have at all? He is such a versatile character, he could do everything in the artistic field. We would love to see him as an actor, of course, but is it the thing that gives him satisfaction? Sometimes I doubt that, as he has only so few appearances on TV, in film, in theatre plays...there are other actors like Steven Webber, e.g., who appears as a guest stars every once in a while...why not Michael?  This makes me really sad at the moment...not knowing anything at all....just silence from his direction. Let´s hope for better soon!!!

I wonder...I believe he may really love acting but he seems to like the more independent type..you know? Not a lot of main stream TYPICAL t.v. or movie stuff. Look at the things he HAS done..nothing typical about it. VERY artistic. A lot of themes that challenge the norm and make people THINK. Maybe he has been frustrated that there isn't much out there right now that challenges him...he does have the sign of the reformer and rebel lol I wonder if he's waiting for something to GRAB his attention? Like you said, something that gives him satisfaction?

I do recall that in an interview on the Pretender DVD's he said something about not feeling sure if he wanted to do the Pretender because television was such a huge time commitment. Maybe he likes to have the freedom of time to flit from here to there. Maybe that is ONE reason he likes the theater so much?

I think, that´s our problem. As long as he is happy with his life and with the jobs he is doing, then it´s fine, although we have to suffer. But it´s his life and he has to be happy with it. Well, I don´t know why, but I always like actors who don´t appear on screens after a while anymore....I´m more than happy that there are media like DVD´s to have those wonderful actors stored....
